Mission
The mission of CrossTraining is to provide and promote holistic care to individuals and families especially those in the context of professional sport. Our motto, "Fitness for this life and the life to come," is taken from I Timothy 4:8, which emphasizes the need for spiritual fitness and training which has a greater and everlasting value for people.
Timothy Project
Each year, CrossTraining selects a missional individual or organization to encourage, equip, and support throughout the season. It may be an individual player, a team, or even a league whose purpose is greater than merely playing the sport.
