Western Conference Teams Set Managing Personnel as 2012 Draft and Preseason Approach 

The Colorado Rapids announced last week that the next Head Coach will be Oscar Pareja. Pareja comes from the FC Dallas organization and is a former player in the league. Read about Pareja and his relationship with Rapids Lead Chaplain, Brad Kenney.

The Portland Timbers announced that assistant coach Trevor James would not be returning to the club for 2012. James had been rumored to be a candidate for the Colorado head coaching position. Read more here.
