Prayers for Recovery and Restoration

Sounder's Zakuani suffers a broken leg by Rapids' tackle by Mullan on Good Friday match

The replays are heart-wrenching to see - the 4th minute tackle which broke the Seattle Sounders midfielder's right-leg have been the center of controversy for the last week in Major League Soccer. CrossTraining asks supporters to pray for Steve Zakuani and for Brian Mullan in the midst of this very difficult incident. Click here to read more.
First Timothy Project Recipient Reports

The Timothy Project returns its first report of how some donated soccer balls and hats helped a small team in its mission trip in Kenya, Africa. Read about the significance of a soccer ball to the orphaned children of Kenya's Children of Hope orphanage and consider how you can help support future Timothy Project opportunities.

May Book Drive Update

Thanks to a generous donor, CrossTraining was able to purchase 40 copies of the book Same Kind of Different As Me. This book will be provided complimentarily to players and staff and will serve to complement this year's look at homelessness and encourage people to respond to the various needs around them.

Timothy Project Possibilities
