Club enters MLS playoffs after three year hiatus; CrossTraining reaches end-of-season time with club

The Colorado Rapids return to the MLS playoffs after missing out the last three years. The Rapids will face the Columbus Crew in the first round of the playoffs beginning this coming Thursday night in a home and away series. As the 5th seed, the Rapids have an uphill climb to make it to the MLS Cup Final which takes place on Sunday, November 21 in Toronto and will be televised nationally.
With the playoffs and cup final come a flurry of activity as both the team and CrossTraining prepares for the postseason and offseason. Read more about the things that you can be praying about and the ways you can support CrossTraining and the people the ministry serves.

Your support through prayer and other means is vital to the growing ministry of CrossTraining in Colorado, in Portland, and beyond.

Prayer for Timbers as players await fate

While the Portland Timbers have made recent announcements as to initial contracts offered to players, several from the current team await to see if they will make the squad for 2011. Please pray for those players that are currently out of contract and vying for a spot on next year's team.
